Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia is a glimpse of heaven on earth–food, from raw to fermented, Amish to Cajun, ready, waiting to be tasted. Since I moved to Philadelphia in Oct. 2009, I’ve been vowing to eat at least once at every stall in the Market. With 80 vendors covering an area of 1.7 acres, it won’t be an easy task, but it will certainly be a satisfying one. Eating Reading is my chronicle of this food adventure.
